We support a variety of property types, including Short Lets (booked at a rate per night), Medium lease (booked at a monthly rate where a month is defined by 30days), Long Lease (rate advertised per annum) and rent financing (properties that a being booked on an annual basis)., to accommodate different needs and budgets. The platform utilizes a bid negotiating pricing model that allows users to propose a price different from what has been advertised per property. Once user adds proposed price, agent, admin or homeowner can accept only one price (proposed or original price) in the back end. Once booking is accepted user receives info etc. at accepted price. Dates are only blocked off the availability calendar after payment has been processed.
